Your use of the website is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the terms and conditions set out below. Your use of the website constitutes your agreement to the Terms and Conditions. Mainstreet Clothing reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice. Your continued use of the website after any amendment becomes effective constitutes an agreement by you to abide and be bound by the Terms and Conditions, as so amended.

Orders
Any order placed by you in the manner described in this website is an offer by you to purchase a particular product for the price (including the delivery and other charges and taxes) specified in this website at the time you place your order on these Terms and Conditions. Mainstreet Clothing reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, or an error in your order. Your contract with Mainstreet Clothing only comes into existence when it forwards confirmation of receipt of your order and payment

Prices
Prices of products and services and delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country.

Discount Code
Discount codes will not apply to any already discounted or sale items.

Goods and Services (GST)
Prices displayed on this website are inclusive of GST applied at the rate of 10%. For our international customers, GST will be removed from the sale at checkout. It is your responsibility to pay any import duty or sales taxes within your own country.

Promotions and Giveaways
All promotions and giveaways are valid for purchases made through the website only and are NOT applicable to any orders placed through a third party market place (eg. eBay, TradeMe, etc) unless otherwise stated.
All promotions and giveaways are while stocks last ONLY. If stock is unavailable at time of purchase, the giveaway will not apply to your order. You may be contact by us to organise an alternative, if applicable/necessary.
Contract orders (orders that are placed outside of our website which receive special pricing) will not be applicable for any giveaways or promotions that are run in store or online.
Any sale that receives special discounted pricing, e.g. price matching, will not be applicable for any giveaways or promotions that are run in store or online.
Giveaways are only valid for orders that are placed through our website that meet the minimum requirements. If any product is returned for a refund that will result in the order total falling below the requirements for the giveaway, the free gift also needs to be returned with the products. If you fail to return the gift and request a refund, as stated above, you will be refunded less the cost of the gift(s) that was not returned.

Spend $150 or More on FXD & Receive a Free FXD 5pk of FXD Socks
You must spend $150 or more on FXD branded products to be eligible for this promotion. The promotion is for the FXD SK-1 CREW SOCK 5 PACK OR FXD SK-6 CREW SOCK 5 PACK depending on available stock and the customer’s request. Orders that meet the required criteria are limited to one pack of socks per order, regardless of the total spent. A customer may request the colour/style of sock they prefer, however it is dependent on available stock and entirely up to the discretion of Mainstreet staff as to what colour/style of sock is sent with the order.

Easter Spend and Save Promotion

The 'Easter Spend and Save' promotion commences on April 17th 2025, at 7am and will run until April 27th, 2025, at 11:59pm.
To be eligible for Free Aus Shipping, the value of all products in the order must meet or exceed a total value of $50 after discounts have been applied. Free Aus Shipping only applies to delivery addresses within Australia.
Orders must be placed from and delivered within Australia to be eligible for the 'Easter Spend and Save' promotion. International orders will not qualify.
Rewards will be emailed after checkout for online purchases, and physical cards will be given for in-store purchases. Rewards are only redeemable on future orders and cannot be redeemed on the same order they were earned.
To qualify for the 'Easter Spend and Save' promotion, minimum spend thresholds must be met in a single transaction through mainstreetclothing.com.au or in-store. Spend thresholds are as follows: Spend $150 to receive a $15 Reward, Spend $200 to receive a $30 Reward, Spend $250 to receive a $50 Reward, Spend $500 or more to receive a $100 Reward.
Customers will only receive a code for the first purchase that the make during the promotion period. Any future orders will not be eligible to receive a code. Orders that are placed during the promotion period using a Easter Spend and Save Promotion discount code will not be eligible to receive another code.
Rewards must be redeemed before 31st July 11:59pm 2025 and must be redeemed at mainstreetclothing.com.au or in-store.
Rewards are issued as discount codes and must be applied at checkout. Rewards cannot be redeemed on orders after completing checkout.
Discount codes cannot be used to purchase RM Williams boots.
This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or store credits.
Rewards are valid for one use only per customer. The corresponding Reward will be void if an order is returned or refunded.
Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash and have no monetary value outside the 'Easter Spend and Save' promotion.
Mainstreet Clothing reserves the right to modify or cancel the 'Easter Spend and Save' promotion at any time without prior notice.

Sales
All prices shown on the website for the entire duration of any sale period will not be eligible for any further discounts to the displayed price, unless clearly specified otherwise. All prices for any sale are as shown on our website. Prices may or may not reflect any discount or pricing mentioned in advertisements and are subject to change without notice. Sales include but are not limited to, Summer Sale, Winter Sale, Black Friday Sale, Boxing Day Sale, EOFY Sales, 'One Week Only' Sales, etc.

International Charges
Some international orders incur a customers or import duty charge. Mainstreet Clothing does not have any control over these charges as it is based on your own countries regulations and compliance's. For more information, please contact your local customs office. We cannot make international orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees.

Delivery
Please read delivery information which is found in “Delivery” section on this website. The delivery times are indicative only and Mainstreet Clothing will not be liable for any failure to observe these delivery times nor for any deliveries that are received outside of these times.

Risk and Title
Mainstreet Clothing will retain title to the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products, but all risk in the products will pass to you upon their delivery to or collection by a postal or courier service.

Refunds
The conditions in which Mainstreet Clothing is obliged to make a refund is detailed in “Delivery” which is found on this website.

R.M.Williams Boot Returns
All boots sold from Mainstreet Clothing have a strict return policy. Any boots that do not fit must be returned in original condition, in the original box, and packaged appropriately to avoid any damage. Boots returned with scratches or marks on the sole will not be accepted. Please be careful trying on boots with leather soles as they scratch very easily. Please only try boots on while standing on carpet, not on hardwood floors or tiles.
Regarding boots made using distressed leather: The main characteristic of distressed leather is that it is inconsistent in appearance and looks worn out with some parts of the leather being darker and some parts being lighter in colour. The different shades of leather are the result of the high oil content in the leather. Any scuff and indentation marks that appear can be removed by rubbing over the spot in circular motions with your hand.
