For Free shipping on orders over $99 to apply, your order total needs to be $99 or above after all applicable discounts and discount codes are applied. Free shipping for orders over $99 is not available for contract customers.
A flat rate of $10 for Standard shipping applies to all orders under $99. We use Australia Post to ship all orders within Australia. If we receive your order before 3pm Monday – Friday AEDT, your order will be dispatched the same day.
Express shipping is available to all customers. A quote can be provided upon request.

We offer a convenient Pickup Instore option from our Mainstreet store in Cooma, NSW. Place your order online and select Pickup Instore in the cart, and we will have your order ready to pick up within 1 hour during regular business hours. Orders can only be collected during business hours. Once your order is ready for collection, you will be contacted by phone using the number provided.
We offer free local delivery for all orders within a 5km range of our store. If you are eligible for local delivery, one of our team will contact you to organise the best delivery time.
You will receive tracking information for your order once it has been collected by Australia Post.
All orders shipped from Mainstreet Clothing require a signature on delivery and will not be left unattended. If nobody is home to receive the shipment, it will be taken to the local post office and held for ten days for collection. If the order is not collected in this time, Australia Post will return the order to us and you will be charged a restocking fee equal to the cost of the return postage.
If you would like your order left at your delivery address, please leave a comment on your order at checkout with instructions for the delivery driver as to where you would like your order left. We do not take any responsibility for orders that go missing after delivery.
The shipping address for your order can be changed as long as our team has not yet packed your order. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you need to change the delivery address of your order. You can call us at 02 6452 2144 or email info@mainstreetclothing.com.au with your order number and the new address you would like your order sent to.
If you have not received your parcel and your tracking information shows that your shipment is late, please contact us and we will do our best to track down your order. We do not take any responsibility for orders that go missing after delivery.
A Flat rate of $25 will be charged for all orders going to New Zealand. All orders are sent with Australia Post with a typical delivery time of anywhere from 2-7+ business days, depending on the time of dispatch and delivery location.
Orders sent using expedited shipping will be sent with DHL. The average delivery time for DHL is as shown in the below table. Please allow 1-2 additional days for handling. Expedited shipping is not available for all countries, with Australia Post being used as an alternative shipping company when necessary.

Orders that are sent using standard shipping will be sent with Australia Post, with a typical delivery time being anywhere from 5-20+ business days, depending on shipping time and delivery location.
Additional charges may be incurred when your parcel is processed at your country’s customs office. These taxes are unique to each country and are unfortunately out of our control. It is your responsibility to check with your local authorities if you are concerned about these charges. Orders that are returned because of failure to pay import duties and taxes will be charged a restocking fee equal to the cost of the return postage and any other expenses we incur as a direct result.

We understand that shopping online can make finding the perfect size or fit difficult. At Mainstreet Clothing, we are committed to providing the same high level of customer service that you would receive if you were shopping with us in-store in Cooma.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item you're unhappy with for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of placing your order.
If you request an exchange, we will send your replacement item free of charge.

We are happy to offer an exchange, store credit, or refund to the original form of payment if returned within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, we can not accept any returns of underwear. Sale items can only be returned for either an exchange or store credit.
