We have a strict return policy for boots to ensure the quality of returned items. Boots must be returned:
- In their original condition, unworn and free from scratches or marks.
- In their original box, packaged securely to avoid damage.
- When trying on boots, avoid hard surfaces, as leather soles can scratch easily. Stand on carpeted surfaces to preserve the soles.
For boots made with distressed leather, variations in colour and appearance are a natural feature. Marks or scuffs can often be removed by gently rubbing the area in circular motions with your hand.

For returns, please note the following:

- Due to hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned unless found faulty.
- Customers cover return postage, but we'll ship your exchange free of charge.

The blocking line is the line that runs down the middle of the boot. It is a characteristic hallmark of the blocking process, an integral step required to make a boot out of one piece of leather.
