Domestic Delivery

Flat Rate Same Day Shipping For All Orders Under $125

For Free shipping on orders over $125 to apply, your order total needs to be $125 or above after all applicable discounts and discount codes are applied. Free shipping for orders over $125 is not available for contract customers.
A flat rate of $10 for Standard shipping applies to all orders under $125. We use Australia Post to ship all orders within Australia. If we receive your order before 1pm Monday – Friday AEST, your order will be dispatched the same day.

Express shipping is available to all customers. A flat rate of $25 applies for NSW and VIC, and $35 for QLD. For all other states, an express shipping quote can be provided upon request.

Pickup In-Store And Free Local Delivery

We offer a convenient Pickup In-store option from our Mainstreet store in Cooma, NSW. Place your order online and select Pickup In-store in the cart, and we will have your order ready to pick up within 1 hour during regular business hours. Orders can only be collected during business hours. Once your order is ready for collection, you will be contacted by phone using the number provided.

We offer free local delivery for all orders within a 5km range of our store. If you are eligible for local delivery, one of our team will contact you to organise the best delivery time.

Order Tracking

You will receive tracking information for your order once it has been collected by Australia Post.

No Authority To Leave

All orders shipped from Mainstreet Clothing require a signature on delivery and will not be left unattended. If no one is home to receive the shipment, it will be taken to the local post office and held for ten days for collection. If the order is not collected within this time, Australia Post will return the order to us, and you will be charged a restocking fee equal to the cost of the return postage.
If you would like your order left at your delivery address, please leave a comment on your order at checkout with instructions for the delivery driver on where you would like your order left. We do not take any responsibility for orders that go missing after delivery.

Change Of Shipping Address

The shipping address for your order can be changed as long as our team has not yet packed your order. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you need to change the delivery address of your order. You can call us at 02 6452 2144 or email info@mainstreetclothing.com.au with your order number and the new address you would like your order sent to.

Didn’t Receive Your Order?

If you have not received your parcel and your tracking information shows that your shipment is late, please contact us, and we will do our best to track down your order. We do not take any responsibility for orders that go missing after delivery.

International Delivery

New Zealand Shipping

A Flat rate of $25 will be charged for all orders going to New Zealand. All orders are sent via Australia Post, with a typical delivery time of anywhere from 2-7+ business days, depending on the dispatch date and delivery location.

Expedited Shipping

Orders sent with expedited shipping will be delivered by DHL. The average delivery time for DHL is as shown in the table below. Please allow 1-2 additional days for handling. Expedited shipping is not available in all countries, with Australia Post used as an alternative shipping provider when necessary.

Standard Shipping

Orders that are sent using standard shipping will be sent with Australia Post, with a typical delivery time being anywhere from 5-20+ business days, depending on shipping time and delivery location.

Import Duties and Taxes

Additional charges may be incurred when your parcel is processed at your country’s customs office. These taxes are unique to each country and, unfortunately, are beyond our control. It is your responsibility to check with your local authorities if you are concerned about these charges. Orders returned due to failure to pay import duties and taxes will be charged a restocking fee equal to the cost of return postage and any other expenses we incur as a direct result.
