    For all orders placed online or over the phone we will send them using Australia Post Regular Postage or Australia Post Express Postage. A flat rate of $10 AUD will apply to orders below $99 AUD for Regular Postage. Orders that exceed $99 AUD are entitled to FREE Regular Delivery to make shopping online even easier and more convenient for our customers. If your order exceed $99 AUD and you would like your order Express Posted, postage will be from $10 for this service. The free shipping promotion does not apply to any orders being shipped outside of Australia.

    Local delivery will only be within town limits of Cooma NSW 2630. Maximum of 5KM from store location.

    All items that have cleared payment before 3pm AEDT week days will be posted the same day.
     

    Standard Delivery Times:
    ACT = 2 working days
    NSW = 2 to 4 working days 
    VIC, QLD, SA & TAS = 3 to 6 working days 
    WA & NT = 5 to 8 working days

    Note: Express Post will make delivery time quicker to the above areas

    International Postage:

    Order that are sent using Expedited shipping are sent with DHL Express. Depending on your country, parcels take from 1 or 2, up to 10 days to arrive. Standard shipping is sent with Australia Post and can take anywhere for 5 to 20 days, depending on the destination country. PLEASE NOTE: Additional charges may be incurred when your parcel is processed at your countries customs offices. These taxes are unique to each country and unfortunately are out of our control. It is your responsibility to check with your local postage service centre if you are concerned about these charges.

     

    We know that shopping online is hard to get the correct size or fit but at Mainstreet Clothing we are committed to providing the same customer service as we offer you if you were shopping in our store in Cooma. We are committed to customer satisfaction, so if you receive any item(s) that you are not happy with for any reason, contact us by email or phone within 30 days of placing your order online with us. Any item(s) that are being returned MUST be in the same condition that you received it and we will happily exchange or refund the item(s) price (not including postage). Postage cost for returning of any item(s) will be at the customers expense. We will also post out your exchange item(s) free of charge. For returns on sale items we will exchange or give you a credit note that will last up to 12 months.
