For returns, please note the following:

    • Items must be in original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.
    • Due to hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned unless found faulty.
    • Customers cover return postage, but we'll ship your exchange free of charge.
    • Sale items can only be exchanged or returned for a 12-month credit note.

We have a strict return policy for boots to ensure the quality of returned items. Boots must be returned:

    • In their original condition, unworn and free from scratches or marks.
    • In their original box, packaged securely to avoid damage.
    • When trying on boots, avoid hard surfaces, as leather soles can scratch easily. Stand on carpeted surfaces to preserve the soles.

For boots made with distressed leather, variations in colour and appearance are a natural feature. Marks or scuffs can often be removed by gently rubbing the area in circular motions with your hand.

The blocking line is the line that runs down the middle of the boot. It is a characteristic hallmark of the blocking process, an integral step required to make a boot out of one piece of leather. Due to the individual nature of leather, each hide will block differently, and the appearance of the blocking line differs across all boots and leather types. The blocking line will fade over time, but it is a visual sign of quality and should be worn with pride.
