    Flat Rate Same Day Shipping For All Orders Under $99
    For Free shipping on orders over $99 to apply, your order total needs to be $99 or above after all applicable discounts and discount codes are applied. Free shipping for orders over $99 is not available for contract customers.
    A flat rate of $10 for Standard shipping, or $15 for Express shipping, applies to all orders under $99. We use Australia Post to ship all orders within Australia. If we receive your order before 3pm Monday – Friday AEDT, your order will be dispatched the same day.

    Standard Delivery Times
    ACT = 2 working days
    NSW = 2 to 4 working days
    VIC, QLD, SA & TAS = 3 to 6 working days
    WA & NT = 5 to 8 working days
    Note: Express Post will make delivery time quicker to the above areas.

    Pickup Instore And Free Local Delivery
    We offer a convenient Pickup Instore option from our Mainstreet store in Cooma, NSW. Place your order online and select Pickup Instore in the cart, and we will have your order ready to pick up within 1 hour during regular business hours. Orders can only be collected during business hours. Once your order is ready for collection, you will be contacted by phone using the number provided.
    We offer free local delivery for all orders within a 5km range of our store. If you are eligible for local delivery, one of our team will contact you to organise the best delivery time.

    Order Tracking
    You will receive tracking information for your order once it has been collected by Australia Post.

    No Authority To Leave
    All orders shipped from Mainstreet Clothing require a signature on delivery and will not be left unattended. If nobody is home to receive the shipment, it will be taken to the local post office and held for ten days for collection. If the order is not collected in this time, Australia Post will return the order to us and you will be charged a restocking fee equal to the cost of the return postage.
    If you would like your order left at your delivery address, please leave a comment on your order at checkout with instructions for the delivery driver as to where you would like your order left. We do not take any responsibility for orders that go missing after delivery.

    Change Of Shipping Address
    The shipping address for your order can be changed as long as our team has not yet packed your order. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you need to change the delivery address of your order. You can call us at 02 6452 2144 or email info@mainstreetclothing.com.au with your order number and the new address you would like your order sent to.

    Didn’t Receive Your Order?
    If you have not received your parcel and your tracking information shows that your shipment is late, please contact us and we will do our best to track down your order. We do not take any responsibility for orders that go missing after delivery.
     
    International Delivery

    New Zealand Shipping
    A Flat rate of $25 will be charged for all orders going to New Zealand. All orders are sent with Australia Post with a typical delivery time of anywhere from 2-7+ business days, depending on the time of dispatch and delivery location.

    Expedited Shipping
    Orders sent using expedited shipping will be sent with DHL with a typical delivery time of anywhere from 2-10+ business days, depending on the time of dispatch and delivery location. Expedited shipping is not available for all countries, with Australia Post being used as an alternative shipping company when necessary.

    Standard Shipping
    Orders that are sent using standard shipping will be sent with Australia Post, with a typical delivery time being anywhere from 5-20+ business days, depending on shipping time and delivery location.

    Import Duties and Taxes
    Additional charges may be incurred when your parcel is processed at your country’s customs office. These taxes are unique to each country and are unfortunately out of our control. It is your responsibility to check with your local authorities if you are concerned about these charges. Orders that are returned because of failure to pay import duties and taxes will be charged a restocking fee equal to the cost of the return postage and any other expenses we incur as a direct result.

    We know that shopping online is hard to get the correct size or fit but at Mainstreet Clothing we are committed to providing the same customer service as we offer you if you were shopping in our store in Cooma. We are committed to customer satisfaction, so if you receive any item(s) that you are not happy with for any reason, contact us by email or phone within 30 days of placing your order online with us. Any item(s) that are being returned MUST be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and all original tags still attached, and we will happily exchange or refund the item(s) price (not including postage). Please note due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for underwear unless they are faulty. Postage cost for returning of any item(s) will be at the customers expense. We will also post out your exchange item(s) free of charge.
