Delivery & Returns
For all orders placed online or over the phone we will send using Australia Post Registered mail or Australia Post tracking satchels or Australia Post Express Post. A flat rate of $10 AUD will apply to orders below $100 AUD. Orders that exceed $100 AUD are entitled to FREE Delivery to make shopping online even easier and more convenient for our customers. If your order exceed $100 AUD and you would like your order Express Posted postage will be from $5 for this service.
All items that have cleared payment before 1pm AEST week days will be posted the same day.
Standard Delivery Times:
ACT = 1 working day
NSW = 1 to 3 working days
VIC, QLD, SA & TAS = 3 to 5 working days
WA & NT = 5 to 7 working days
Note: Express Post will make delivery time quicker to the above areas.
We know that shopping online is hard to get the correct size or fit but at Mainstreet Clothing we are committed to providing the same customer service as we offer you if you were shopping in our store in Cooma. We are committed to customer satisfaction, so if you receive any item(s) that you are not happy with for any reason, just contact us by email or phone within 14 days of placing your order online with us. Any item(s) that are being returned MUST be in the same condition that you received it and we will happily exchange or refund the item(s) price (not including postage). Postage cost for returning of any item(s) will be at the customers expense. We will also post out your exchange item(s) free of charge. For returns on sale items we will exchange or give you a credit note that will last up to 12 months.
